A newly hired security officer will conduct mandatory in-house induction training before commencing their first shift, the training will be a mix of theory and practice providing comprehensive and well-planned training to ensure the long-term effect on their performances in delivering the contracts.
We as part of management practices will teach policy, procedure, and basic onsite issue which may arise including how to resolve them. Our training also includes the reporting procedure that needs to be followed to eliminate ad hoc and operational issues faced on site.
